This Privacy Policy explains how the SkyRent mobile application and website (the “Service”) collect, use, and protect your information. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Artur Zhaldakou (Tax ID: 345831736), registered with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, with a registered address at Georgia, Batumi city, Airport Highway Street, N 186, Apartment N33 (“SkyRent”, “we”, “us”). The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Account data. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your email address and display name. We never receive your password.
Device ID. We process a device identifier / push token to deliver push notifications and to manage your sessions across devices.
Cookies and logs. We use essential system cookies and server logs needed to operate the Service, keep you signed in, and ensure security.
Search query logs. We log the search queries and filters you use in order to return results, improve relevance, and diagnose issues.
We use your data to provide and secure the Service, keep you signed in, save your preferences and bookmarks, deliver notifications you have opted into, process purchases, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We rely on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:
• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Cloud Messaging (push), and Firebase Analytics for the mobile applications. Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob — advertising shown to non-subscribers in the mobile apps; may use an advertising identifier. On iOS we request your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking, and an active subscription removes all ads. Google Privacy Policy
Card (fiat) payments on our website are processed by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, billing, and applicable taxes. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card details.
Purchases made inside the mobile apps are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and otherwise only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Listings. To keep results fresh, rental listings are only kept and shown for up to 30 days from the date they were posted; older listings are automatically removed from the catalogue. This applies to all listings, including realtor-submitted and promoted ones.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app, using the Delete account button in your profile, or by sending a request to support@skye.estate. Once requested, your account and personal data are fully erased within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. This is provided in accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play requirements.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@skye.estate.
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, managed authentication, server-side token validation) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and we will provide additional notice where required.
