Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for paid features of Skye Estate, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Artur Zhaldakou (Tax ID: 345831736), Georgia.

1. All Sales Are Final (No-Refund Policy)

Skye Estate sells digital content and software-as-a-service features, including unlocked owner contacts, contact credits, listing and priority credits, search promotion, channel placement, and subscriptions. All such purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because this is digital content that is made available to you immediately, you expressly request that performance begin immediately upon purchase and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or 'cooling-off' period (including any 14-day withdrawal period) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. In-App Purchases (Apple / Google)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and managed exclusively by Apple or Google. Any refund of such a purchase is governed solely by Apple's or Google's policies and must be requested directly from Apple or Google — not from Skye Estate. We cannot issue refunds for store-processed transactions.

3. Card and Cryptocurrency Payments

For card payments made on our website, all sales are final as described above. Cryptocurrency payments are, by their nature, final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.

4. Limited Exceptions

As a goodwill matter and to the extent required by law, we will consider a refund only in the following cases: (a) a duplicate or erroneous charge, where you were charged more than once for the same item; or (b) a complete, continuous outage of the Service attributable to us and lasting more than 48 consecutive hours that prevents you from using a feature you have paid for. To request consideration, contact support@skye.estate with your account email and transaction details.

5. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time to stop future charges; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Amounts already charged for current or past periods are not refundable. See the Terms of Service for how to cancel.
